Tentative Schedule:

               Depart UL Campus

10:00     Arrival, Meet & Greet

              Welcome tea and delicious home baked treats on arrival.

10:30      Meditation and breathwork

11:00      Herbal Tea / light refreshments Break

11:30      Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra:  A gentle calming practice focused on deep relaxation and stress relief by using props like bolsters and blankets, poses are held for extended periods to allow the body to fully relax ad rejuvenate.

                This practice is ideal for restoring balance, calming the mind, and nuturing both physical and emotional well-being.

13:00        Light Lunch

13:30        (optional) Guided Mindfulness Walk along our beautiful “River Fergus”—a chance to explore the wildlife, including our birds.

14:00         Sound bath experience followed by a Cacoa ceremony

The vibrations of a sound bath are thought to help you connect with your subconscious mind, allowing inner exploration and self discovery.

15:00        Depart for UL campus

What to Bring:
Participants are advised to wear appropriate and comfortable walking shoes or boots. There will be rough and mixed terrain also layers of clothing work best. We suggest a sweater, rain jacket, and jeans or pants. Temperatures may vary with rain a possibility. We will start with a welcoming cuppa. In your backpack include: sun hat and sun cream, change of socks, water, small snack, tissues, and bug spray.
