UWPIAA Annual Alumni Week

Important Notes

NO passes or other tickets will be available onsite.
You (and ONLY you) must pick up your registration materials.
If you wish to attend events on the day you arrive, be sure you arrive when registration is open; please plan accordingly!
NOTE: Child registration allows the same access to everything on the list below.
- For children ages 7 – 12, you should choose either child registration OR Legacy Xperience programme registration.
- Youth 13+ either register as a Non-alum adult, OR participate in the Legacy Xperience programme.
- Young Adults ages 18-20 may be enrolled in the Legacy in Action programme.
As with every reunion event, it’s unknown if Day Passes will be available. Should they be available, they will only be available to purchase online for a limited time. We can NOT accommodate any walk-ups onsite.
Children ages 0 – 2 need to be registered, but there is no fee. Email communications@uwpiaa.org if this applies to you.

February 2nd – June 13th

Adult / Child Registration Includes:

Celebration of Life – remembering our alumni friends no longer with us (details/day to follow)
King John’s Castle experience (ticket for all registrants, use on your own schedule)
Irish Welcome Evening (includes supper)
Workshops and Sessions i.e. Yoga and Pilates; UWPIAA Info; UWP update; speakers (TBC) etc.
Era Dinners and '60s Disco
Eric Lentz Pub gig
Rehearsal and Photos for those performing
Community Service for two groups of 15 participants
Band Jam and Open Mic
Awards and Performances
Post-performance Reception and Sing-along!
Medieval Day with Bunratty Castle and Folk Park visit
Supper and Dance party with the amazing UWP Survival Band!
When bus transportation is needed for these events, it is included.

Legacy Xperience Registration Includes:

~~Available through December 31st~~ EXTENDED through January 5th

January 6th – ~~February 1st~~ EXTENDED through February 8th!
