ALL meals listed in the schedule below are included in your registration.

University of Limerick Housing Receptions and Luggage Storage Available Daily

  • Cappavilla Village     8:00 - 22:00
  • Dromroe Village        8:00 - 23:00

You check in for apartments you booked with the university separately from the event check-in. The primary person booking the apartment has information about where you are staying. If you arrive outside the hours listed above, there is a phone number listed on a sign at reception for you to call to still be admitted to your apartment,.

Make a plan for your meals so that you do not miss any evening activities!
Last orders are taken at the following times:
* The Stables Bar 19:30 pm
* The Scholars Club 19:00 pm 
* The Pavilion 19:45 pm
