  • To take full advantage of the programming, plan to arrive on Sunday, July 20th and stay until Sunday July 27th so that you do not miss the fun Saturday activities—exploring Bunratty Castle and Folk Park with your friends, and then the party of all parties with the UWP Survival Band!
  • Keep in mind that to participate in activities that day, you must arrive when Registration is OPEN to obtain your credentials. Registration time schedule will published as soon as possible. Assume availability from about 10:00 to 17:00.
  • You (and ONLY you) must pick up your registration materials.
  • See the "Optional Activities" section for activities that begin on the 17th with a Dublin Weekend Meet Up event and end with the Belfast "Language of Peace" Study Group 27th-30th July.

Note: This is the current plan. It is subject to change. 

Monday, July 21st:

  • “Welcome to Limerick” day, optional activities, explore Limerick City www.limerick.ie with your cast/crew mates, culminating in a Welcome Reception and an Irish evening!
  • Legacy Xperience programme kicks off at 9:00 with orientation and “Family Day”.

Tuesday, July 22nd:

  • Workshops and Sessions 
  • Era Dinners and '60s Disco

Wednesday, July 23rd:

  • Workshops and Sessions
  • Celebration of Life– remembering our alumni friends no longer with us (details to follow on how you can sponsor a tree in memory of your cast/crew mates).
  • Eric Lentz pub gig

Thursday, July 24th:

  • Workshops and Sessions
  • Rehearsal and Photos for those performing
  • Community Service for 15 participants
  • Awards and “Celebrating Origins, Connections & Service” performance. All should plan to attend!
  • Band Jam / Open Mic

Friday, July 25th:

  • Workshops and Sessions
  • Rehearsal and Photos for those performing
  • Community Service for 15 participants
  • Awards and “Our Fun, Family, and Future” performance. All should plan to attend!
  • Post-performance Reception and Sing-along!

Saturday, July 26th:

  • Medieval Experience afternoon for all registrants! Enjoy Bunratty Castle and Folk Park with your friends!
  • Supper and Dance Party with the amazing UWP Survival Band!

Sunday, July 27th

  • Say fond farewells to friends who are like family, participate in an optional activity, use your King John's Castle ticket, or journey on to additional adventures in Ireland with them! 
  • Optional "Language of Peace" Study Group to Northern Ireland departsAn immersive experience in the communities in Belfast with local facilitator looking at the peace process.

Meals At-A-Glance

  • Included Meals:

    Breakfast = Daily (if at one of our three partner Accommodations; hours will be shared by each venue)

    Lunch = Always on your own. Some Optional Activities include lunch. 

    Supper/Dinner = Monday, Tuesday & Saturday

    Friday's Post-Show Reception

    NOTEIf your optional activity has an early departure:
    • On campus, breakfast will be open to accommodate any early activity departure times and will be communicated prior to arrival.
    • At hotels, you will need to make a request if you feel you need an earlier time than what's offered.

Monday

  • Lunch on your ownin town or book on campus. The "My Cast/Crew" section provides a link to book special on campus dining options.
  • Supper (light meal) provided for all registrants. This is one of the reasons we will ask your arrival information. 

Tuesday

  • Lunch on your own—book afternoon tea, whiskey tasting, a brewery experience, or lunch with your cast or crew. Contact Cast/Crew Liasions for suggestions and assistance.
  • Era DinnerA formal dinner is provided for all registrants (2 locations; please take note; bus service provided).

Wednesday

  • On your own—book afternoon tea, whiskey tasting, a brewery experience, or lunch & dinner with your cast or crew. Contact Cast/Crew Liasions for suggestions and assistance.

Thursday

  • We suggest lunch or early dinner with your cast or crew—book on campus to be close to the show..

Friday 

  • We suggest lunch or early dinner with your cast or crew—book on campus to be close to the show.
  • Post-show Reception will be wine or beer with canapés / hors d'oeuvres provided for all registrants.

Saturday

  • Lunch on your own.
  • Supper (light meal) at the Dance Party for all registrants (we are required to arrive by bus and we will travel immediately from Bunratty Castle together in  our assigned groups).
