Consider one of these fun additional group activities while attending Annual Alumni Week.
- Please note that all three venues are in Limerick City, and you will need to take a bus or taxi to the venue. There is a local bus that runs from the university into town, and the venues are within a 10 to 15 minute walk from the drop-off location.
- Keep the start time of evening activities and meals, and the time it takes to get there in mind.
- Most evening AAW activities will start at 19:00 / 19:15. Also keep in mind the pick-up time for Xperience K & T, in the event you have children in these programs.
- Remember you cast/crew’s rehearsal, performance, and picture day will be Thursday, 24th July for: '60s, '70s, '80s and Friday, 25th July for '90s - 2000s (there may be time for an activity once the full schedule is released).
- If your group has a small number, the team can help you seek others to combine to meet the minimum—you will still get your own space but it will guarantee both small groups may have the experience!
- Have back-up days and times already approved by your group in case your first choice is not available.
